Bokeh Technique with Shimmer Paint for Paper Craft Crew Challenge #PCC307
Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by today. It’s Jay Soriano here with my DT card idea for the new Paper Craft Crew Inspiration Challenge #PCC307 I took inspiration from the background and created the bokeh effect with Frost White Shimmer Paint and Whisper White Craft Ink Refill I applied Lemon Lime Twist and Granny Apple Green inks with a sponge brayer, flicking droplets of water after I created my own circle stencils using the circle dies from Stitched Shapes Framelits as well as the 1/2″ and 1″ Circle punches I also used the Vegas Gold Shimmer Paint on the punched sprigs which were adhered on…
